In the event you wish to send a product back to us, you may return most unused items for a refund or exchange, minus shipping, within 30 days from the date of purchase unless noted below under exceptions and exclusions. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.

General Return Policy

• Most unused items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange (minus shipping costs).
• Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
• Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

Once approved, we'll notify you and track your return.

After 30 Days

• Returns or exchanges for defective items must be handled directly with the manufacturer.

Exceptions & Exclusions

• Clearance and Outlet items are sold as-is and are non-returnable.
  Once an item is installed, it cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
• Items purchased with a promotional discount will have the refund amount prorated to
  reflect the discount applied.
• Items received as part of a gift promotion can only be exchanged if defective or damaged, and only for a direct replacement.
