Assumption of Risk

Purchasing and/or installing AHP products involves inherent risks that may result in injury, illness, property damage or other damages. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation and use, including but not limited to slips, falls, collisions, parking, storing, repairing, transporting, any equipment failure, or the actions of other participants while AHP is installed.

 

Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AHP, its employees, agents, contractors, and affiliates are not liable for any injury, accident, loss, or damage to person or property arising from your participation in using AHP products.

 

Participant Responsibility

You agree to follow all posted rules, installation instructions, and safety guidelines. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are physically and mentally fit to participate.

 

Minors

If the participant is under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must sign on their behalf and assumes all risks and responsibilities outlined in this disclaimer.
